The Jalou phone is the outcome of the latest partnership between designers Dolce and Gabbana and Sony Ericsson which features latest technology along with fashion statement to make others green with desire as well. The unique design of this phone was inspired by the multiple surfaces of a cushion-cut gemstone. The features that must be talked about this phone are its efficient 3.2 megapixel camera that can tag photos with their geographic position, a 2-inch high resolution display, stereo Bluetooth and a built-in-mirror, all these are packed into its compact clamshell which is as small as a lipstick box. Normal versions of this phone are already available in deep amethyst, onyx black and aquamarine shades, and the special D&G edition will be available in Sparkling Rose with 24-karat gold plating along with a special wireless headset.

Beside P’9521 mobile phone, Porsche also won iF product design awards for its P’7340 kitchen and P’6750 watch design. P’9521 is a flip phone with square shape, featuring a fingerprint reader to identify the user and also make secure access to private data. The screen of the phone also can be rotated through 180A a? thus allowing the phone to be used as a digital camera, thanks to double hinge made of aluminum. You can find this phone in the Porsche Design Stores, too bad it is not available for US, Japan or Korea market.

Another innovative design concept from Nokia, the morph concept. Featured in The Museum of Modern Art ?Design and The Elastic Mind? exhibition, the Morph concept device is a bridge between highly advanced technologies and their potential benefits to end-users. Developed by NRC (Nokia Research Center) in collaboration with the Cambridge Nanoscience Centre (United Kingdom), Morph is a concept phone that using nanotechnology which enables materials and components that are flexible, stretchable, transparent and remarkably strong. Users should be able to transform their cell phone into different shapes.

Users can now be free from those bulky glasses that are worn especially worn while watching 3D movies at the theater. LG Optimus 3D is considered to be the world’s popular mobile phone with a capability of capturing as well as viewing images in 3D. Equipped with 2 camera lenses behind the handset, it works in such a way where the lenses capture two views of your favorite scene, which are then played simultaneously on its 3D screen. Here is where the real retreat starts with one eye watching the images captured by a single lens and the other eye seeing images captured by the second lens.

The LCD Optimus 3D screen is covered up with a polarizing transparent material similar to the one used in 3D cinema glasses. These materials help in separating those 2 sets of images over the screen and in turn divert them to the eye. Toyota releases their vision for not-too-distant future vehicle called Toyota Fun-Vii which redefines the way people, cars, and society are connected. Mobility definitely can change the world. You can personalize this vehicle by changing the exterior or interior as easy as downloading an application. The whole body can be used as a display space, from advertisement, announcement, information to your own personal messages, the body color and content are changeable at your will.

Choose different themes of your interior based on your mood at the moment, the futuristic navigation system blends perfectly into the interior through out the use of augmented reality. Remembering Minority Report movie? This navigation virtual helper provides the passengers and drivers with driving information and guidance through a vocal interface.

The network system installed in this futuristic vehicle will ensure all you software versions for the vehicle’s drive, control and multimedia system always up to date.

Toyota Fun-Vii can link to other vehicles and infrastructure within its surrounding, in this way, this vehicle can detect other potentially hazardous vehicles, such as vehicles in blind spots. Passengers can also connect with other friends who might be driving nearby.

As explained by Mr. Mihai Panaitescu, 20, student of I.E.D. Turin major in Transportation Design the concept peugeot flux was to design a vehicle that pleases it’s occupants in every way. It’s versatility combined with it’s sportiness and the ability to use it in different environments are in my opinion some of the vehicle’s strong points.

Either as an explorer of sandy beaches, sweeping mountain roads, or simply commuting in the city, the Flux concept embodies a vehicle that is made to please. It’s dynamic shape and open air cockpit make it lively and fun to drive as the occupants are always in contact with their surroundings.

The name Flux was inspired by the continuous change and flow of our daily lives during work and play.The shape also represents this flow with transitions through hard and smooth lines, between straight and curved all of which are characteristics of Peugeot.A relatively small car (3500cm long by 1650cm wide), it runs on a slim hydrogen power plant hidden in the back along with the tank mounted under the front bonnet. The hood and side body panels are made from plastic, polyurethane for the seats and aluminum for the mechanical parts. The main components such as the chassis and head protection are metal. Made up of simple body work (basic intersected volumes) the car is easily produced and accessible to everyone but most of all, it’s fun to drive.

Adding to this, the car is also a gaming hub thanks to the integrated Xbox 360 so P.L.E.A.S.E. hop in!!!
